Zara is an electro/pop artist from North Wales who followed her dream of becoming a musician to Liverpool, the capital of music.

She is a self taught guitarist and pianist and writes all her own material. Zara's story truly is a rags to riches tale as she was found busking in Liverpool One after winning a competition to become an official busker for the leisure complex.

After signing a 12 month contract with Fierce Management in September 2010 she began her journey in to industry with a stand out performance at the South Wales Community Champion Awards in front of a host of welsh celebrities, media figures and a 3000 strong crowd of invited guests.

This was a special event for Zara, being a Welsh girl herself and she gained outstanding praise form the Welsh media. After performing at the awards Zara was approached by the Cardiff Blues rugby team who invited her to perform at their final game of the season in front of 10,000 people at Cardiff City Stadium.

This performance aired live on BBC and generated a huge amount of attention. Zara hit front pages of the major news papers across the whole of Wales and the North West of England. Throughout the start 2011 the live work for Zara continued to pour in, including the main headline slot for the North West's Oxjam Festival and a host of major events for Liverpool's Radio City 96.7.

Throughout August 2011 Zara will be performing as a featured artist on the main headline stages at both Liverpool and Manchester Pride which will see her perform to over 10,000 festival goers. In July 2011 Zara was the only performer to be asked by the Liverpool Daily Post and Echo to perform live at the ceremony in which the organization officially received the Freedom of the City of Liverpool.
